1. About these terms
These terms apply to your use of waooparty.com and to quotes and bookings with Waoo Party LLC (“Waoo Party”, “we”, “us”), based in Katy, Texas. By using this website or requesting a quote, you agree to them. If anything here differs from your signed contract, your contract controls.
2. Prices, estimates and travel fee
- Prices shown on this website are starting prices and do not include the travel fee unless stated.
- The travel fee estimator and any estimated totals are estimates based on your ZIP code. The final travel fee depends on the exact address, route, tolls, package, staff and equipment.
- Your final price is the one in your written quote or contract. Prices may change without notice before you book, and we may correct errors on the website.
3. Availability
Date notices on our website (such as “filling up” or “almost fully booked”) are for information only. Sending a request does not reserve your date. Your date is reserved only after we confirm availability and receive your deposit.
4. Booking and payments
- A 50% deposit of the total (package + travel fee) reserves your date.
- The remaining balance is due as stated in your contract, ideally about 24 hours before the event.
- Zelle is our preferred payment method. Card and pay-later payments (such as Klarna, Afterpay or Zip) carry a 3% processing fee.
5. Deposits, changes and cancellations
- Deposits are non-refundable.
- Changes or rescheduling are subject to availability and a $100 fee. Generally one reschedule is allowed within about 60 days, as stated in your contract.
- For cancellations within about 48 hours of the event, Waoo Party may keep up to 100% of the amount, as stated in your contract.
6. Weather and safety
For outdoor or weather-dependent services, Waoo Party decides whether conditions are safe. A weather-related reschedule may carry the $100 rebooking fee. Our team may pause or stop an activity if conditions become unsafe for guests or staff.
7. Your responsibilities at the event
- Give us accurate event details (address, start time, number of children and any special needs).
- Provide a safe space and, when the service requires it, access to power and water (for example, foam, pool parties and the photo booth).
- Parents and guardians remain responsible for supervising children at all times.
8. Characters and trademarks
Our characters are costumed entertainers inspired by popular characters. Waoo Party is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by the companies that own those characters (such as Disney, Nickelodeon, Mattel or Sanrio). Character names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe our themes. Costumes and appearance may vary.
9. Photos, videos and website content
We may photograph or film our events for our portfolio and social media, as described in our Privacy Policy; tell us if you prefer we do not publish your event. The photos, text, logo and design of this website belong to Waoo Party and may not be copied or reused without permission.
10. Use of this website
This website is provided “as is”. We work to keep it accurate and available but do not guarantee it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent allowed by law, Waoo Party is not liable for losses caused by using the website itself, or for third-party websites linked from it (such as WhatsApp, Instagram or Google).
11. Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. We may update these terms from time to time; the “Last updated” date shows the current version. Bookings already confirmed follow the contract you signed.
