What areas does Waoo Party serve?
Waoo Party serves Houston and surrounding areas, including Katy, Cypress, Tomball, The Woodlands, Spring, Sugar Land, Memorial and Pearland. A travel fee is calculated based on your event location.
How do I book a party with Waoo Party?
Share your event date, ZIP code and the type of celebration. We confirm availability and send a complete quote including the travel fee. A 50% deposit reserves your date, then we prepare your contract.
What payment methods does Waoo Party accept?
Zelle is preferred with no extra fee. Debit card, credit card, Klarna, Afterpay and Zip are also accepted, with a 3% processing fee on card and pay-later options. The final balance is due 24 hours before the event when possible.
How much deposit is required to reserve a date?
A 50% deposit of the total, including the travel fee, secures your date on the calendar.
What is the cancellation and rescheduling policy?
Deposits are non-refundable. Changes after booking may carry a $100 fee, subject to availability. One reschedule is generally allowed within 60 days.
What happens if the weather affects my outdoor party?
For weather-dependent events, Waoo Party determines whether conditions allow safe service. A rescheduling fee may apply according to the contract.
Can Waoo Party provide a Certificate of Insurance?
Yes. A Certificate of Insurance (COI) is available when a venue, school, community or facility requires one.
What kinds of events does Waoo Party do?
Birthdays, baby showers, gender reveals, family celebrations, school events, corporate events, brand activations and themed parties. Not every event needs a character; party games and entertainment are available on their own.
What is a Hora Loca?
It is the high-energy moment of a quinceañera or wedding. We offer an LED robot, CO₂ blasts, sparklers, inflatable characters and the cloud dance effect. Prices are on our Hora Loca page.
How many kids can face painting serve?
About 5–8 kids in 30 minutes, 10–15 kids in 1 hour and 20–30 kids in 2 hours, depending on the designs.
How much space do the Photo Booth and Foam Cannon need?
The Photo Booth needs about 10×10 ft and a power outlet. The Foam Cannon needs an outdoor space with water and electricity.
